POLICIES
- There is a no-smoking policy in place (indoor and outdoor). A $350 USD penalty can be added.

- All groups must have a member of 25 years of age as a signing renter.
- 7-night Christmas bookings must be completed by the 28th of December. Reservations for 7-night New Year´s Eve must be made by December 26th or later.
